As a toddler, when I was caught coloring in the flowers of the floral carpet and finger painting on the brand new wallpaper, my parents knew they had an inventive child on their hands. I was continually excited by the endless array of mediums from my mother's craft drawers. I loved experimenting with just about anything I could get my hands on...the messier the better!With no classical training and a growing passion for all things creative, I explored many art forms but grew frustrated with the thought of having to pick just one. Jumping back and forth between sculpting, writing, and painting, I began to combine the three in unique ways. Today, my art often unites words, multidimensional elements, and the influences of nature to reveal the landscapes of human emotion.
