Kelley J. Sullivan is a mixed-media painter and a native of Bozeman, Montana. She strongly believes that art should evoke a powerful response, with feelings deeply personal to each viewer.

Kelley revels in the organic movement of paint. Working with few preconceptions, she allows the medium to chart much of its own course. Inspired by nature, she creates emotional landscapes by building layer upon layer. Her techniques include dipping, soaking, and drenching the canvas in water after each application of paint, allowing images to emerge organically.

Kelley’s work has been extensively exhibited in Bozeman, Montana, as well as Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Sausalito, California. Her paintings, including Angels and Monkeys, Sojourn, and Those Among Us, have been featured in mixed-media coffee table art books. Many of her pieces are also part of private collections across the U.S. and Canada.
